Praya Travel: Rinjani Trek Package

This trek offer for experience or advance trekker. The trek trail very long covering forestry trail, Mt. Rinjani crater rim, Segara Anak Lake, Rinjani Summit and Sembalun savanna views.
Trek start from Senaru Village and finish at Sembalun Village
This trek available base on request, individual or group, aged 11 - 50 years old. People who has mountain sickness is not recommended to do this trek.

TOUR ITINERARY:
DAY 1 : SENGGIGI >SENARU VILLAGE > SENARU CRATER RIM, OVERNIGHT IN TENT
Pick up at 06.00 in your and transfer to start point at Senaru village 2 hours drive.
Registration at the Rinjani Trek Center ( RTC ) 601M and start the trek through sheltered thick tropical forest to Pos 1 (750M) 1,5 hours, takes some rest here and continue to Pos 2 Montong Satas (1500M) 2 hours, take rest and lunch. After lunch continue to Pos 3 Mondokan Lokak (2000M) 2 hours. From Pos 3 continue treks up for another 2 hours to camp site at Senaru Crater Rim (2641M). Reach the crater rim around 5 pm, enjoy the spectacular views of Segara Anak Lake, Baby Volcano, Summit of Mt. Rinjani and sun set views over Gili isles and Bali. overnight in the camp

DAY 2 : SENARU CRATER RIM > SEGARA ANAK LAKE > SEMBALUN CRATER RIM, Overnight in tent
After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, continue the trip to Segara Anak Lake (2000M). its trek down with some points of the trek trail to the lake are very steep, your guide will assist you and give you extra attention. Reach Segara anak Lake crater after 3 hours, enjoy the beautiful scenery around and go to the hot springs at near by for a relaxing natural hot spa, Lunch and rest at the lake.
After lunch continue to Sembalun Crater Rim (2639M), the trek trail to Sembalun Crater rim also steep at some points so need extra focus on trek.
Reach Sembalun crater rim after about 3 hours trek up, enjoy the sunset and incredible views around the crater.
After dinner rest and preparing your self to early wake up for the trek to the Summit on the following day.

DAY 3 : SEMBALUN CRATER RIM > RINJANI SUMMIT > SEMBALUN LAWANG VILLAGE, Trek end
Wake up early morning to start the trek at 03:00 AM for the summit (3,726 m), its walk on volcanic screen. The trek trail very hard, lost sands and steep in cold temperature (5 - (-3) degrees) and some time got strong wind. Once there, enjoy proud feelings of satisfaction and the amazing sunrise views across the Wallace Line to Bali, Mt. Agung and Sumbawa. After enjouy the views go down back to the campsite through same route. Rest and breakfast
After breakfast leave Sembalun Crater rim descent to Sembalun Village through open grassland, sunny and hot during day time.Lunch serve en route
Take around 5 - 6 hours walk to finish the last trek in Sembalun Lawang Village, there the car is waiting to transfer you back to Airport or Senggigi. End of program.
